I would rock this American Apparel bodysuit in 'evergreen' in defiance of the cold. I would go sparkly by draping all over with tinsel, and then I'd find some fab Etsy seller to make me a little headband with a star to top my 'tree.' Geek, much? Heck yes!!!
January would be my month of choice, as it's my month of birth. I'd wear a crisp white snowsuit with a faux-fur trimmed hood whilst holding skiis and looking all outdoorsy & wintery, all the while posing in front of a faux Swiss Alps backdrop and no where near actual snow.

ReplyDeleteI would have to be March - it's always been one of my favorite times of year. In California, where I grew up - the mostly dry, golden hills are moist and emerald green, the skies are periwinkle and dove gray - full of potential rain showers and a peek of sun.
I would have to wear a hand-painted silk gown, with all of the colors - and a crown of teensy weensy daisies, like the ones I used to make as a young girl. Resplendent in my dress, I would swing from an oak tree atop a rolling hill - looking much like one of Mucha's beauties.

I'm imagining a really super fairy costume with a skirt made out of tiny new leaves, a bodice made of birch bark, and dew-drop jewelry that maayyy or may not be directly inspired by Tiana's from the end of The Princess and the Frog. Oh and of course some sparkly dewdroppy wings! and a few lilies in my hair, cause I love Easter too!!
