orange you glad i posted these?

One of my fave things to snack on near the holidays are mandarins... so when I was in the store yesterday night and saw that they now carry lil' mini-mandarins, I had to pick up two boxes. Can you make a mandarin any cuter... I guess so!... just shrink them down 50%. They are all so teeny tiny, I feel like a giant eating them (and I am only 5' 1"). Already down to 1.5 boxes... so not sure these will last through the week.

    Thanksgiving day my boyfriend's mother practically forced a box of these on us too. Wouldn't let us leave without them lol!

    My dad always bought clementines around the holidays. Between my brother & him they were gone within a few days. Myself? There is just something about the skin on citrus fruit that makes me gag. +Keep on a snackin' lady!

    For some reason whenever I smell the fragrance of oranges and tangerines I think of Christmas.

    My sister, grows a variety of miniature tangerines, super sweet variety that called something like Kishi and they taste almost like a tangerine Lifesaver they are so sweet.
    Since there are not too many women that farm, especially organic farms, I had to do a Blog about her orchard...it was back in Sept. at :

    I am going to have one pretty soon ... after my keyboard work is done ... too sticky for snacking with the computer in front of me ... I think I will watercolor them as well!
