Some summer blooms to share today. I saw these pink roses on one of our walks the other day and couldn't resist snapping a shot. Sometimes it's just nice to stop and smell the roses. :)
Your photo would make a lovely card, the composition of the rose and its buds is perfect.
There is something extra special about old world roses. They remind me of the oil paintings done by the masters long ago. I once tried to grow some Victorian cabbage rose bushes but guess it was too hot and humid in Miami for them.

those are some serious roses! i have a new begonia on my porch that has surprised me with a bloom that must be 5 inches across. :) i love it when i don't murder my plants!
