signs of life

Woohoo! Upon watering my little garden this morning, there are signs of life! We have three tomatoes on our little plant so far... hopefully some more to come. Now we'll just have to wait until they turn red. Hmmm, I think waiting is the hardest part... will they ripen faster if I keep staring at them? (Yes, I am a bit impatient sometimes).

  5. Yay! I had to leave my herbs behind in my move to California but thanks to IKEA's little starter kits, I now have some little basil, parsley, and chives sprouting.

No, sorry they will not ripen any faster if you stare at them but if you talk to them that is a different matter :) T.

  19. I'm afraid to plant tomatoes! The one time I did they got diseased. Yours are so cheery. :) But I do grow sunflowers, they are foolproof.
