just breathe

These past weeks have been busy, busy, busy… design work, craft work, chasing the kids… a bit of a whirlwind. Being in Vancouver though, I feel lucky that nature is around every corner… lots of perfect spots to just stop and breathe.

    Sometimes life does get hectic. It's good to remind ourselves to take a deep breath and exhale some of the tension. :)
