june giveaway - win a wooden flower brooch!

It's the first day of June today, which means time for a much needed giveaway! This was actually meant to be the May giveaway, but somehow time just flew on by (where does the time go?)... so better late than never. This month's winner will win this cute wooden brooch featuring a hand done pink and brown floral design!

Enter to win by posting a comment telling me where you would wear this little number... perhaps pinned on your summer dress as you picnic in the park with your beau?... pinned to your messenger bag as you road warrior it on your bicycle through the city streets whilst shaking fists at all the cars?... or maybe pinned to your summer hat as you walk along the sunset beach sipping a tall glass of tropical drink? (hmmm.. can you tell I am longing for summer to start) Anyways, post your comment and you could be the winner!

A random draw will be made next Wednesday (June 8th), so check back to see if you win. Please remember to include some sort of contact info (etsy shop, blog, website, or e.mail address) and please only one entry per person. Good luck!

Funny how having children makes the world spin faster. Time does fly when one is busy.

adorable! i'd love to pin it to a thin sheer sweater in a nest of other little tulle and felt pins and then top the whole thing off with a gauzy scarf! yes, the perfect vancouver multi-layered early summer outfit. ;)

I'd wear it on a light cardigan, or near the collar of my favorite grey dress.

this is so cute, i love folksy jewelery. i would wear this pinned to my bright green cardi while sitting on the southbank (by the thames in central london with views over parliament) with a drink and all my friends one balmy summer friday evening. it would draw admiring stares and complete my outfit perfectly!

I would wear that little number anywhere! Hmmm...perhaps it would be fitting to wear it camping; I'd definitely be the cutest girl in the forest :)

Hi Valerie. Long time no see. :) Lovely little broach. For me it would probably be a hat.

I would wear this on my bathing suit cover! It's just the beautiful splash of color it needs. I also like your idea of pinning it to a hat so I would probably rotate it around, from one to the other.

It is a very beautiful pin.
I am remaking an old (I could actually say vintage)handbag. I just love it so much that I don't want to part without it and your pin would work perfectly on my redesign.
Please count me in!!!
