snowy mountain tops

Roger took to the slopes a few days ago and snapped some amazing photos (these shots are from the chairlift at Cypress Mountain). I can't wait to go up this year... it has been quite awhile, since I was preggo last year and this year we have the wee one... oh, I am so itching to go! Anyways, thought these pics would help put everyone in a winter holiday mode!

I can't believe how snow-encrusted the trees are! Simply gorgeous! Do you ski or snowboard?

wow! I miss snow already, and this is just making me homesick :) Hope you can get out and play in it soon!

that reminds me, we have to make a trip up to Cypress or Seymour for a little snow play. The Peanut has been aching for more snow since her snowman melted, An afternoon surrounded by trees that caked in snow will soon remedy that.

I hope Jasper's Santa photo's are good ones, With the Peanut's first year I sat and held her next to Santa, she was happy and the picture was still sweet.

I wish I could take to skiing. I'm allergic to the cold though. Really beautiful pictures and it must be so serene up there.

Reminds me of days spent skiing for the winter. It's been awhile since I could do that. One day!

These photos are gorgeous! I need to eventually travel to a place where I can see REAL snow like that. It looks so pure and serene!

I'm sure all the descriptive words like gorgeous, awesome, spectacular, amazing, incredible, beautiful, etc., have already been used so I'll just say what I feel; "I'm absolutely speechless at the beauty of nature in these photos." I'm sure to actually be there would be truly breathtaking.
