Oh, it is one of those grey-ish days today... actually, it has felt like one of those grey-ish weeks this whole week. (I need some sunshine!) My solution? Hot chocolate... and in a very large mug. I'm sure there is an official "Hot Chocolate Day" already on the calendar somewhere out there, and if there is, I would like to propose it be changed to Hot Chocolate Week! Ok, now back to sipping my chocolate-y goodness.

We've been enjoying hot chocolate just about every night. Every since I remembered to make my aunts recipe around christmas. We've made about 4 batches since! love that stuff.
It has been a hot chocolate winter. Nothing brightens up a cold, gray, weary looking day than a cup of rich hot chocolate goodness...oh and don't forget the marshmallows! Makes me smile just thinking about it.

Hot chocolate day/week is a great idea! You know what I love doing with my hot chocolate? Adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Delicious!

Hot chocolate is divine. We had sunshine here today, even though it is 20 degrees outside. I am so ready for Spring!
I got some amazing hot chocolate from Willam Sonoma's.. it's just shaving of semi-sweet chocolate that you whisk into a pot with warm milk. mmmmmMMMM
Oh I just had to google this one. It looks like there is a National Hot Cocoa Day. But I think you officially made Jan. 28th Hot Choc Day (He! He!)
Why not make it a week, we in the NW need all the warmth we can get. YAY! Hot Chocie :)T.
