january giveaway - win a 2011 desk calendar!

It has been a long time since the last giveaway... so to kick off this new year, one of my desk calendars is up for grabs (I am waving my Vanna White hands around the calendar now, just to make it that much more enticing).

Enter to win by posting a comment telling me one of your New Year's resolutions, or even better yet, one of your past resolutions that was a success, or perhaps one that was totally broken. Are you promising to build a larger craft empire (mwahahaha), did you promise to watch less TV and never looked back (in which case, you didn't get that Vanna White reference I made earlier), or did you vow to lose 10 lbs and find yourself downing some fried chicken (uh, i've done that one... but it was a small piece). Post your comment and you could be the winner!

A random draw will be made next Wednesday (January 12th), so check back to see if you win! Please remember to include some sort of contact info (etsy shop, blog, website, or e.mail address) and please only one entry per person. Good luck!

My resolution is to dance more often! At home with the blinds closed, at parties, on the street with a couple of friends so that I don't seem completely crazy... anything. It's too fun not to. :)

last year I wanted to be more creative, set aside time to make things and I followed through... so much so that I became so creative that we started making a Bean somewhere in there. 21 days to go and she's baked.

I LOVE your desk calendars! I gave one to my friend last year for Christmas :) Well...it was 2009, so I guess it was last last year.

One of my resolutions is to be more conscious of how I spend my money so I don't blow it all in the first week I get paid :)

Happy New Year!

My resolution for this year is to stop worrying about what other people think about me, my family, my parenting, etc. People can be so judgmental and I worry about it too much! But I am determined to stop caring about people's opinions. Wish me luck!

Oh I want this soooooo bad. Your desk calendar is fabulous! I don't generally make resolutions, but last year I really wanted to learn silver jewelry making and I did it! So much that I'm no longer taking the classes and am in the process of setting up at home! I already have a torch and a saw!

Oh in love with this desk calendar! I work at the courthouse so this would brighten an otherwise dreary and somewhat depressing atmosphere. I swore to quit smoking and have not even wanted to have so much as a puff since midnight NYE. I know it's only been six days but I feel quite proud.

great giveaway!
last year I made a resolution to quit my day job and focus on what I love most and since I did quit last January, I've never looked back. I'm less stressed, more present in the moment and happier (which makes my guy happier too) :)

hehehe, I can't believe you know Coco cupcake lady too! Not fair ;)

well as far as your magical calendar goes... this year I am rather corporately and boring deciding to be ORGANISED!!! wall planners, lists, deadlines and timelines are the go so that I have more time to pursue my passions, and get all the creative things I'm dying to do, done!!

I am already feeling more organised and on schedule so so far so good...

My one and only resolution... stop procrastinating. It is so easy for me to get sucked into my favorite blogs, Etsy, etc. and spend way longer than I should just browsing around. Before you know it half the day is gone and you're still in your jammies. But I've never done that. *whistles* ;)

I past resolution was the oh-so-popular "lose weight and get healthy", which I actually succeeded with. I dropped 20 pounds and have kept it off for years now. I get really proud of myself for actually sticking with a commitment that so many leave behind after a few weeks. Exercise and eating healthy are things I truly enjoy now. Cheers to you and this amazing giveaway! I would have wanted it even without the Vanna hands!
