To carry over the zen mood from yesterday and inject it into the mid-week, I thought I would post some more pics from our trip to the chinese classical garden from the weekend. Oh, how I wish I could be basking in the sun like those little turtles... they look so darned relaxed!

Awwww love, love, love koi ! We go to a pet store that has a giant koi pond . The boys and I just love to sit there and feed them ...why are they so relaxing ???? In the next " pond" over are the larger fish and some turtles....sometimes I even go there without the kids !

The photos are wonderful, you really capture the relaxing atmosphere of the Chinese Koi pond. Funny how calming it can be to just sit and watch fish slowing swimming in water, doesn't seem like it matters if the water is a lake, pond or an aquarium.

I have a habit of searching for turtles every time I pass a pond when I'm driving. It makes me really happy when I see them soaking up the sun like that. I'm glad you had a nice, relaxing trip to the Chinese garden!
