Some owl-ey goodness today! I don't know why, but owls are one of my favorite birds. Perhaps it's there night time habits, or ability to rotate their heads all the way around, or association with autumn and Halloween.... not sure... they are just so darn peculiar and fascinating. Anyways, I couldn't resist making a collage when I spotted this wise fellow... hoot hoot!

collage: owl talk
Some owl-ey goodness today! I don't know why, but owls are one of my favorite birds. Perhaps it's there night time habits, or ability to rotate their heads all the way around, or association with autumn and Halloween.... not sure... they are just so darn peculiar and fascinating. Anyways, I couldn't resist making a collage when I spotted this wise fellow... hoot hoot!

Aren't owls chic nowadays? I really like owls too, just because their nocturnal and associated with Athena goddess of wisdom. I think you've picked a "smart" choice!
Driving home one night from Gull Lake in Alberta we had to stop the car in the middle of the highway because there was a particularly large owl feasting on a tiny field mouse in our lane. It was very cool to see it's head turn around and it's big eye's reflected in our headlights. Your collage just brought that repressed memory up out of my brain. very nice

Lovin the graphics and colors of this one...yes owls are mysterious aren't they...we don't see them often...and they make an unusual sound...and they're things of beauty...
