october giveaway! - win a wooden mini card set!

What time is it? It's giveaway time.... awwww... yeah. And what is the lovely prize today, you ask? A lovely set of gocco printed wooden bird mini cards! The set includes three mini cards and three matching envelopes perfect for sharing your love notes, secret admirer messages, good wishes, careless whispers or classroom secrets.

Enter to win by posting a comment telling me who you would send one of these cute little birdies to.... perhaps a spouse, a friend, your pet, a long lost high school sweet heart? I'll make a random draw from the fabulous trophy cup on Monday, October 26th. Please remember to include some contact info (etsy shop, blog, website, or e.mail address) and please only one entry per person. Good luck and be sure to check back next Monday to see if you won!

So cute!

I'd send one to my pal in the UK; he's the only person I know who still sends actual letters by post!
I think I'd save the others as unique cards to accompany a gift.

I would write my favorite quotes on them and hide them in miscellaneous places here in Vancouver for random people to find. How delightful would that be to come across this unexpectedly?

Oh there's an easy question - one for my sweetheart and the other two for the wonderful couple who run the rehabilitation center for injured birds of prey where I volunteer.

Those are so cool! I've wanted a Gocco press for months now. I would send two to my grandmothers and send the third to a random person in Scotland. Just open up white pages, type in a name I make up, and post it. :) Who wouldn't love getting one of these, even if you have no clue who it's from.

those are darling! i think just to drop someone an unexpected note to say hi would be sweet!

I'd send one to my mother in law because she would appreciate it, one to my Grandma who I hardly get to see and miss like mad and one to my Peanut to open and enjoy when she's older, a time capsule message with a small moment neither of us is likely to remember clearly included

I would have to send that cute little bluebird to my best friend, who could use a little 'happy,' but I'm not gonna lie - the grey one would end up in a frame on my wall!!

One would make its way to the long distance boyfriend, especially because he's a little broken up that he can't get the money together to come visit this semester.

Another would go to my best friend away at school in DC who is getting married soon and kind of has serious thing for birds

and of course I'd keep one to add to my bulletin board of cute things ^.^

I would send these sweet birdies to my sister who lives in Pennsylvania... about 1800 miles away from me. These birds will reprsent how much my heart truly flies to her and her family. To say, "if I were a bird, I'd be up there any chance I could get."

These are so romantic!! Printed on wood?? I can't think of anyone else but my dad, he's always such a big old boy-scout. He (still) loves camping, wood-trekking, fishing, even collecting pine cones! This is so perfect for him, might put him in his camping jacket again, which would bring my mom a big smile too, these days, my parents love each other so much but really really grace over the time they are away from one another. :)
