think pink

The sun has been shining all week, and some spring flowers are making their appearance in full bloom. Yes, those are in fact pink cherry blossoms you see. To add to this zen week, I had my first prenatal yoga class the other night and managed to be quite relaxed and not injure myself or look like a clumsy fool! Yay! I keep imagining the little Bun is doing yogic moves inside the tummy while I attempt to do them in the class. If this next 5 weeks of yoga continue to go well, I may sign up for the next round....... ohhhhhmmmmmm. Enjoy the spring blooms!...... ohhhhhhhhmmmmm.

ps. don't forget to enter the february giveaway here!!! Last day to enter is this Sunday!

You guys must have a totally different climate up there. We can't even hope for spring until May down here in Maine, lucky duck! :)

I'm intensely jealous of the presence of flowers in your area! It's just dirty snow around these parts! GAH!

Ohhhh I feel like I say this every time I comment on your blog, but I'm so envious. We have only been in town for one cherry blossom season - but it was lovely, we went to the Nitobe gardens at UBC to take pictures, but the whole campus is gorgeous.

good for you, give Little Bun a leg up on the spiritual path. I can't believe the cherries are blooming in Vancouver! Still tons of snow in the east.

I'm just south of you in Seattle, and it's crazy how many plants are in bloom. Today...there's sun and blue sky!

Wow, how lucky to have cherry blossoms. Here in the Midwest all we have is snow, I can't wait to see the trees bloom. Thanks for sharing such beautiful pictures.

It's great to hear you are doing yoga - I didn't do nearly enough of it when I was pregnant with Marley, and ended up with really painful back labor. That's my cautionary tale. I also highly recommend swimming. You'll understand when you get a bit bigger - being weightless is the greatest experience. And feeling the 'bun' bounce around inside you while you do laps is pretty terrific too!

I love the pictures! Sadly, where I live we still don't have any flowers because of the cold weather. I enjoyed your photos...
