cherry blossoms

Being an allergy sufferer, I have a love/hate relationship with spring. Despite my stuffiness though, I must admit that one of my favorite times of the year is when all the trees start blossoming all over the city. I love walking down the city streets and seeing all the petals sprinkling the ground. To see a map of all the cherry blossom hot spots around Vancouver, check out the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival site (the festival runs from March 28 - April 24th).

oh cabin, what a lovely photo! I wish we had cherry blossoms around here, spring has not truly "sprung" yet. I love that singing bird tote in your shop!

Very pretty. I have allergies too so I'm always eating zyrtec and snorting flonase. But I love when our local cherries come in and I can buy pounds of them from the local farmer's market.

My sentiments exactly! They are so gorgeous, but form some reason they don't seem to get along too well with my allergies. LOL

Amazing! I am also an allergy sufferer so I think it is best I stay where I am for now, but the photos are beatiful.

I feel your pain...same situation allergies but still my favorite seasons are spring and fall. I've got two lovely cherry trees in my yard and always get great pics when they bloom. Recently posted some on my blog.
