smooth operator

It's finally Friday! And what better way to end the week than with a berry smoothie (topped with cheesy umbrella straw of course). We still have lots of berries from all our picking ventures... so I decided to take some of the comment suggestions from a previous post and blend some together.... mmm... you are so drooling and salivating as you read this, aren't you... I know you are. This one is a mix of blueberries, strawberries and tayberries... hmmm the only thing that could make this better is to perhaps spike it with something... but I will refrain from doing so for the moment, since it's still post-noon.

ps. thanks to everyone for voting for my collage the other day... woohoo... got 56% of the votes, so it came out on top (I am doing my football touchdown dance right now).. woop woop! Hmm.. maybe there is something in this smoothie!? Oh, and stay tuned for my giveaway coming up this Monday!!

You found something to do with all those berries! Ah, sometimes life is hard.

I also keep a couple of those umbrella straws around for emergency situations. You never know when you might need them.

That smoothie sounds heavenly! I don't even own a blender, but I think that the lack of smoothies around my house will eventually drive me to invest in one.

Congrats on getting an opportunity to do the touchdown dance!

Yay! Congrats :)

The smoothie looks great. We've been experimenting and recently tried adding a bit of seltzer water to our smoothies. It adds a subtly fizzy refreshing element to all of the yummy fruit and yogurt.
