photo tag overdue

Ok... not sure where the time went... and this is so long overdue! I was tagged by The Lost Earring ages ago with this cute little game.... I am so bad at these things.

The rules of this photo tag game:
1. Open your first photo folder. 2. Scroll to the 10th photo. 3. Post the photo on your blog and tell the story behind it.

Ok... so this photo is not of anyone I know... it is of total strangers and is dated from 2004 taken while walking through Stanley Park one day. Anyhoo, in this park there is a site with numerous totem poles that are always surrounded by gaggles of tourists. We decided to join the massive tour groups, blend in and snap lots of pics of everyone... it was quite silly. Now I have half a dozen photos of strangers in front of totem poles. I wonder if the girl in this photo will see this?

LOL I never heard of "photo tag", but it sounds fun!

I wonder if the girl in the photo will see herself! That would be funny!

Whenever we go somewhere like that and people are taking tons of pictures, we always wonder if they'll look at them later and say, what the heck was up with that weird girl in the background? I sometimes wonder about the random people who show up in my photos too.

What a great game of tag! I wonder how many random pics i've been in and the photographer thinks - that would be a great photo if that redhead hadn't got in the way :D

I like this story - sounds like something I would do. The girl looks like she could be your best friend. Maybe post it on U-tube and see what happens...

Too funny, I love the idea of taking pictures of unknown tourists taking pictures of themselves.

Well that's a very cool photo with a very fun story indeed! I would suck at that game. I don't even need to open the folder to know that there's a 90% chance my story would be "It's my cat."

It's a nice photo though. I am always fascinated by totem poles. Wouldn't it be crazy if the girl in the picture DID see this post?
